Free mines game: how far will you push it?
A 5×5 grid hides gems and mines. Every gem you find raises the multiplier. Cash out whenever you like, but hit a mine and the round is over.
How to play
- Choose your bet and how many mines to hide: 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 24.
- Open tiles one at a time. Each gem raises your multiplier.
- Cash out to bank the current multiplier, or keep going.
Example multipliers
| Mines | Gems found | Multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 3 | 1.12× |
| 3 | 5 | 2.00× |
| 5 | 3 | 2.00× |
| 10 | 5 | 17.52× |
| 24 | 1 | 24.75× |
Multipliers are worked out from the real odds of surviving each pick, with a 1% house edge.
Tips
- More mines means bigger jumps per gem and a much higher chance of a bust.
- Set a target before you start. The urge to open "one more" is what the game is built on.
